The experience
What you will see
- An aloe vera plantation and how a fresh leaf is cut and used.
- Majorero donkeys and other rescued animals.
- A permaculture garden, tropical fruit trees and olive groves adapted to the dry climate.
How it works
You make your own way to the farm. The guide tells the story of the family and its organic project, introduces the animals and walks you through the aloe plantation, where you cut a leaf yourself. Then you visit the garden and finish with a tasting of farm and island products. There is free time at the end, and you leave with your own aloe plant.
