Our take
The classic all-in option for seeing Papagayo from the sea out of Puerto del Carmen, with food and drinks sorted. Bear in mind it is a large boat and you do not set foot on the beach; for something quieter, the mini cruise from Playa Blanca is shorter and cheaper.
