Our take
It's one of the island's best-rated full-day tours and one of those that pack in the most: volcanoes, Manrique's caves, La Geria and El Golfo, all without driving. It's a long day at coach pace, so don't expect much free time at each stop. Before paying, check which ticket option you choose: the three centres' tickets alone add up to more than €60 if you buy them yourself.

The experience
What you'll see
A nine-hour loop of the island that brings together both sides of Lanzarote: the volcanic south and Manrique's north. It's the way to see almost everything in one day without a car.
- Timanfaya National Park, with the geothermal demonstrations at the Fire Mountains.
- Cueva de los Verdes and Jameos del Agua, in the northern lava tube.
- A stop in Haría, the valley of a thousand palms, and views of La Graciosa from the cliffs.
- La Geria, with its vines planted in pits, and El Golfo's green lagoon.
How it works
Pickup is from five areas: Playa Honda, Arrecife, Playa Blanca, Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen. The day before, around 15:00, the operator sends you a WhatsApp with the time and place, which isn't always your hotel door.
When booking you choose from three options: no tickets, two tickets or all three (Timanfaya, Jameos del Agua and Cueva de los Verdes). With tickets, the group uses a separate entrance and skips the general queue. Bought yourself in 2026, the Fire Mountains ticket costs €30, Cueva de los Verdes €17 and Jameos from €17; the first two must be bought online for a time slot.
Lunch is not included: there's a stop after La Geria, where according to the operator's description you taste wine from a local producer. The camel ride in Timanfaya is optional and paid separately. Wear comfortable shoes: in Cueva de los Verdes you walk about a kilometre with stairs and low ceilings.
Who I'd recommend it to
- Anyone not hiring a car who wants the essentials in a day.
- Anyone with only a few days on the island.
- Anyone who'd rather let someone else handle the timed tickets.
Who I wouldn't recommend it to
- Anyone with a car: with a little planning you can do the same route at your own pace. Read what to see in Lanzarote.
- Anyone who dreads long coach days: the half day in Timanfaya is better.
- Anyone with reduced mobility or claustrophobia, because of Cueva de los Verdes.
Accessibility
Not recommended for people with reduced mobility because of the stairs and uneven ground in the caves.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before, with a full refund.
