In Barcelona, a group of friends, a big family or a work team pays far less per head by choosing activities priced per group. This guide brings together everything we sell that runs privately or is designed for groups, with the real price tables from each activity, so you know what each person pays before you book.

What each person pays, by group size
These are the group totals loaded in our booking system, and what they come to per head:
| Private activity | 2 people | 4 people | 6 people | Per person (6) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sagrada Familia with official guide and tickets | €340 | €480 | €570 | €95 |
| Tapas and wine, 4 venues | €298 | €476 | €594 | €99 |
| Montserrat with hotel pick-up | €838 | €876 | €894 | €149 |
| Best of Barcelona, full day | €658 | €836 | €1,014 | €169 |
Look at Montserrat: the price barely rises from 2 to 6 people, so it is the trip where going as a group pays off most.
Groups of 7 to 10: these tables go up to 6 people, and the full day takes 6 at most. For more, enter your number in the booking calendar on the activity page to see the total before paying, or make two bookings at the same time.
The Sagrada Familia, privately
An official guide just for your group, with headsets, explains the Nativity and Passion façades outside and the nave, tree-like columns and stained glass inside; afterwards you can stay in the basilica. Skip-the-line tickets are included. Shoulders and knees must be covered to go in. The start time may shift depending on ticket availability: the provider confirms it.
Team dinner: private tapas and wine
Three hours through the Gothic Quarter and old town with a food guide just for you: four venues, with tapas paired with regional wines at each. Departures are usually around 6 pm, and allergies and vegetarian options are catered for if you mention them on arrival. If the group wants a show, the private tapas, wine and flamenco tour ends with flamenco in a medieval palace and works out at about €88 per person from 4 people.
Private trip to Montserrat
A vehicle and guide just for your group, with hotel pick-up and drop-off, monastery entry and a walk in the natural park, stopping where you like (Holy Cave, Sant Miquel Cross or viewpoints). It takes five hours. Book at least three days ahead. If the group would prefer a full day with cava, the private Montserrat and Codorníu cava trip lasts eight hours, with a train through the cellars and a tasting of two cavas. We compare every option in which Montserrat trip to choose.
Team building: a beer tasting just for your group
This is the plan most geared to companies: a tasting of six craft beers with a beer guide on a rooftop on Passeig de Gràcia, for private groups only, followed by your favourites from the bar. Sessions start every half hour between 2 pm and 4 pm, the tasting is in English and it is non-refundable. For something livelier, the salsa class with sangria on another rooftop on the same avenue (€48.60) is a shared group.
A whole day sorted
The private best-of-Barcelona tour lasts about seven hours, with hotel pick-up, private transport and a dedicated guide through Montjuïc, the Gothic Quarter and Passeig de Gràcia, plus a guided visit inside the Sagrada Família. It takes 6 people at most: for six, it comes to €169 each.
Practical tips
- Book ahead: two or three weeks for groups of more than 6, and at least three days for private Montserrat.
- One person coordinates: they book and share each activity's meeting point with the group.
- Combine: the Sagrada Familia in the morning and private tapas in the evening make an unhurried full day.
- City rules: since 29 October 2025, tours of several bars whose main purpose is drinking have been banned in Barcelona. A guided food tour or a tasting at one venue is a different kind of plan, but do not present your outing as a drinking crawl.
Common mistakes
- Comparing a private tour's "from" price with a group tour's per-person price: for 4 to 6 people, the private Sagrada Familia visit costs about the same per head as a group visit.
- Booking the beer tasting before the guest list is final: there are no refunds.
- Turning up at the Sagrada Familia in a vest top or shorts: you may be refused entry to the basilica.
