Our take
The Sagrada Familia makes far more sense with someone explaining the symbolism of the façades and why the interior looks like a forest. Privately, with no group around you, you get more out of it; and for 4 or 6 people the price per head is reasonable with tickets included.

- Headsets during the tour
- Cruise port pickup (if you choose that option)

The experience
What the tour is like
You meet the guide by the Sagrada Familia souvenir shop on Carrer de la Marina (or you're picked up at the port if you arrive by cruise ship). For 1 h 45 min, with headsets, you see the Nativity and Passion façades outside and enter the basilica without queuing: the nave with its tree-like columns, the light from the stained glass and the museum, which shows how Gaudí worked. Afterwards you can stay inside as long as you like.
Options
- Private tour meeting at the Sagrada Familia: €340 for 1 or 2 people, €480 for 4 and €570 for 6.
- With cruise port pickup: €390, €560 and €690. One way only.
Who I recommend it to
- Families and groups of 4 to 6: per person it costs about the same as a group tour, with the guide just for you.
- Cruise passengers with only a few hours in Barcelona.
- If you're travelling solo or as a couple on a budget, see the small-group guided tour.
Accessibility
The basilica is accessible, but the provider doesn't confirm it for this tour: if you use a wheelchair, ask before booking.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation with a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. No refund within the last 24 hours.
