Our take
It is the most complete way to see the Costa Brava from the water without a car: transport, gear, instructor and photos in one price. At 4.9/5 from over 3,000 reviews it is about as reliable as it gets, but it only makes sense if you swim well.

The experience
What you will see
- Hidden coves, sea caves and cliffs of the Costa Brava from your kayak.
- Rocky Mediterranean reefs with fish, octopus and starfish.
- A stretch of the coastal path and a beach to relax on.
How it works
You leave Barcelona by coach and reach the coast in just over an hour. After a safety briefing you spend 2 to 3 hours paddling with your instructor, stopping to snorkel and for a couple of jumps into the water from low rocks. Then there is a sandwich on the beach and free time before heading back to Barcelona.
Who I recommend it for
- Strong swimmers who want an active day on the Costa Brava without renting a car.
- Groups of friends and couples after some light adventure.
Who I don't recommend it for
- Anyone who cannot swim or is not comfortable in the sea.
- Families with children under 7.
Accessibility
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
