Our take
It's a very efficient way to see Fuerteventura's most striking sights in a day without hiring a car, and the small group means unhurried stops. The 4.9/5 rating speaks well of the guide; just expect plenty of van time if you're staying in the south.

The experience
What you will see
- Betancuria, the first capital of the Canary Islands, and inland viewpoints.
- The Ajuy caves and cliffs.
- The crater of a northern volcano, reached on foot.
- Popcorn Beach and the Corralejo Dunes.
- Photos at the Sotavento lagoon (optional stop).
How it works
You're picked up at a southern hotel and the van heads up through the centre and west of the island towards the north. There's a coffee stop in Betancuria, a walk down to the Ajuy caves, a hike to the rim of a volcano, and the afternoon is spent on the north coast, with free time in Corralejo, before heading back south.
Who I recommend it for
- Anyone with only a few days who wants to see the whole island without driving.
- Travellers with a camera looking for varied landscapes.
Who I don't recommend it for
- Anyone with limited mobility or who doesn't want to walk on uneven ground.
- Anyone who prefers fewer stops with more time at each.
Accessibility
Not suitable for people with mobility impairments or wheelchair users, as it includes walks over volcanic ground and sand.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before, with a full refund.
