Our take
It's the most complete southern safari we've seen in the catalogue, adding Punta de Jandía and El Puertito to Cofete, which many tours skip. From Morro Jable it's well worth it; from Puerto del Rosario the transfer makes for a long day.

The experience
What you will see
- Punta de Jandía lighthouse, at the island's southern tip.
- Playa de los Ojos, wild and rarely visited.
- El Puertito de la Cruz, a small fishing village.
- The Cofete viewpoint and Cofete beach.
How it works
After pickup and a safety briefing in Morro Jable, the off-road vehicles take the tracks out to Punta de Jandía. You stop at Playa de los Ojos, get almost an hour free in El Puertito to eat or wander, and finish with the viewpoint and around 50 minutes on Cofete beach. Along the way the guide tells the story of Villa Winter.
Who I recommend it for
- Anyone wanting to see the whole wild south in one outing.
- Anyone staying in Morro Jable or Jandía.
Who I don't recommend it for
- Anyone travelling with babies in strollers.
- Anyone who gets carsick on long dirt tracks.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before, with a full refund.
