Our take
It is a good way to get away from the beach and see the Costa Dorada's hinterland, which many visitors never reach. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, because dust comes with the ride, and don't forget your driving licence or you won't be allowed to drive.

The experience
What you will see
- Country roads, dirt tracks and mountain trails inland from the Costa Dorada.
- Viewpoints with panoramic views over the area.
- Quiet corners you never see from the beach.
How it works
You are picked up in Salou, Cambrils or an agreed point and, after a short van ride, you get a handling and safety briefing. Then you ride behind the guide for a little over an hour, with a stop for photos and free time before heading back.

Who I don't recommend it for
- Anyone without a driving licence or under 18.
- Pregnant women, or anyone who would rather not end up covered in dust.
