Our take
It's a very complete experience: a market, real cooking in an Andalusian home and a cook with decades of experience who dismantles the paella-and-sangria clichés. You eat what you make, so it doubles as lunch or dinner. For two it's expensive, €398 each, because everything is private. With 4 it drops to about €219 per person. I'd recommend it to people who genuinely enjoy cooking; if you just want to eat well, Seville's taverns cost far less.

How the day works
You're picked up from your accommodation and head first to a traditional market, where you get to know and choose the produce you'll cook with. You work with fresh produce and centuries-old recipes, leaving the usual clichés about Andalusian and Spanish food behind.
