The experience
What you'll see
Madrid Zoo Aquarium is one of Spain's finest zoos, home to over 6,000 animals across 500 species set in the leafy Casa de Campo park.
Giant pandas
The zoo's signature attraction: one of only a handful of European zoos with giant pandas in residence. The panda enclosure is well designed and usually allows good close-up views.
Dolphinarium and sea lion show
Both shows are included in the ticket. The dolphinarium seats several hundred visitors and the shows are popular — arrive early to get a good seat.
The aquarium section
Tropical fish, sharks, rays and fascinating invertebrates make up the aquarium wing — a good option for the hottest part of the day.
Who it's for
