Our take
It has one of the highest scores on the island, and it shows: a small, carefully run tour built around real producers. The catch is the language; if you don't understand German, check with the provider before booking.

The experience
What you will see
- A cheese farm making internationally awarded majorero cheese.
- An olive farm where they explain how the oil is made.
- The island's interior countryside, greener than you'd expect.
How it works
You're picked up in Costa Calma and driven to the cheese farm, where you meet the majorero goats and taste several cheeses. Then, at a second farm, there's an oil tasting, a green mojo demonstration, prickly pears and cactus jam, with tapas and wine. Each stop has a guided visit and the group stays at 16 people or fewer.
Who I recommend it for
- German speakers keen on local produce.
- Cheese and olive oil lovers.
Who I don't recommend it for
- Anyone who doesn't understand German and doesn't want to rely on translation.
- Anyone after beaches or scenery as the main event.
Accessibility
Not suitable for people with mobility impairments or wheelchair users.
Cancellation policy
