Our take
It tells Bilbao's industrial story well, which is what explains the city today, and finishes with the Bizkaia Bridge and the Getxo coast. Keeping the bike all afternoon turns it into a full day out at a fair price.

- The old shipyards and factories along the estuary and the regenerated neighbourhoods.
- The Bizkaia Bridge, which you cross on its gondola.
- The villas of Getxo and Algorta Old Port.
How it works
You leave the shop in central Bilbao and ride with your guide along the estuary for about four hours, stopping to explain how the city changed. You cross the Bizkaia Bridge, ride along the Getxo coast and the guided part ends in Algorta. From there the bike is yours: beach, cafés and the ride back to Bilbao on the bike path before closing time.
