It's more a history walk than a food tour: you eat little (2 tapas) and hear a lot. If you're after dinner, a tapas tour with dinner suits better; if you're curious about Madrid's history through its bars, this one is unlike anything else. Minimum 2 people per booking.

The route takes in an 1839 restaurant frequented by the aristocracy, an 1860 tavern, a shop from 1610, a bullfighting tavern from 1895, another known as the tavern of three centuries and the world's oldest restaurant according to Guinness.
