Our take

The most accessible option in the hammam catalogue: €45 for a 90-minute session at one of the most beautiful traditional Arabic baths in central Granada. Wheelchair accessible (one of the few in the city), with 860 reviews at 4.5 / 5 — a solid, well-tested product. The hammam experience pairs perfectly with Granada's Nasrid culture: after visiting the Alhambra by day, ending the day at a traditional hammam closes the circle. The rooms with pools at different temperatures and the steam bath are pure Arab tradition. The optional massage (with essential oils on a heated stone bed) is one of those details that separates a good hammam from a mediocre one. Worth knowing: swimsuit mandatory (not included), not allowed for under-12s, pregnant women or people with high blood pressure. If you're going as a couple or group, you can go together. For a first experience or a tight budget, this hammam delivers comfortably; if you want the best of the best regardless of price, Hammam Al Ándalus is the next tier up.
