Meeting point
Alhambra entrance (the exact point depends on the option)
The voucher shows the exact point, next to the Alhambra entrances. From the centre, take bus C30 or C32 up from Plaza Isabel la Católica. Arrive 15 minutes early: the tour starts on time and entry to the Nasrid Palaces is at a fixed time.
The experience
What you will see
Alcazaba
The oldest part of the Alhambra, a military fortress with the Torre de la Vela, from which you can see the Albaicín, Sacromonte and the Granada plain (vega).
Nasrid Palaces
The heart of the complex: the Mexuar, the Palace of Comares with the Court of the Myrtles and the Palace of the Lions, with its stucco work, muqarnas domes and the fountain of the twelve lions.
Generalife
The sultans' country estate, with the Patio de la Acequia and terraced gardens overlooking the Alhambra.
Tip
Bring the same ID document you booked with: it is checked at every entrance. In summer, the early-morning tours are the most pleasant.
Accessibility
Not adapted along the whole route; the Alcazaba and part of the Generalife have stairs and slopes.
Cancellation policy
Non-refundable: Alhambra tickets are issued in each visitor's name and cannot be cancelled or changed.
